2-1-1 Orange County maintains relationships with organizations providing more than 4,000 health and human services programs. Many of the organizations to which we refer callers provide their services free of charge or on a sliding scale based on ability to pay.

2-1-1 OC helps service providers and clients avoid the frustration caused by inaccurate and outdated referrals. Our database is dynamic and our Resource Department works continuously to maintain a current, accurate and consistent database. Our Information and Referral Specialists quickly search through the thousands of programs to find appropriate referrals, screen callers for eligibility, and offer the necessary program information.
