GOVERNANCE OF AGREEMENT
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction shall be remanded to the appropriate Orange County or State of California Court as necessary. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
2-1-1 Orange County retains the right to modify this disclaimer as well as the operational practices and functionality of this web site at any time and at its sole discretion.
This agreement is effective until terminated by 2-1-1 Orange County, at any time and without notice.
